Ramakrishnan (Ramki) is an entrepreneur with large-scale experience in the areas of Brand & Marketing management. He has co-founded 2 companies that offer innovative technology-driven marketing solutions to global marketers.
Ramki is responsible for the strategic direction and management of Marketics. Further, Ramki is closely involved with existing and prospective clients, helping them use Analytics as a business driver to make more effective, data based decisions.
Prior to turning entrepreneur, Ramki worked with Procter & Gamble AAI (ASEAN, Australia & India), in the Brand Marketing function.
Ramki holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from S.P. Jain Institute of Management & Research, Mumbai, and a Bachelor's degree in Physics from the University of Madras.
Shankar Maruwada

Shankar possesses over 10 years of experience in Brand & Marketing management in addition to rich entrepreneurial experience. Shankar is responsible for the overall growth and expansion of Marketics, including development of new service offerings and new business initiatives. Specifically, his strong marketing domain expertise helps deliver innovative analytical solutions to increase marketing effectiveness for clients. Additionally, Shankar drives an internal focus on delivering client delight through the creation of global best practices.
Prior to Marketics, Shankar co-founded Perigee Online, a pioneering eCRM firm that developed cutting-edge technologies for Direct Marketing, before which he worked with Procter & Gamble AAI (ASEAN, Australia & India), in the Brand Marketing function.
Shankar holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from the Indian Institute of Management (Ahmedabad) and a Bachelor's degree [Technology (Honours)] from Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur.
Vinay Mishra

Vinay, over the last 9 years, has held senior client servicing and product development positions in marketing services & technology organizations. At Marketics, Vinay is responsible for Client Service and is accountable for the company's largest clients. He leads delivery efforts for some of them and is also closely involved with building new client relationships in the US.
Prior to Marketics, Vinay was part of the management team at Intercept Technologies, India's leading provider for Internet and technology-based marketing solutions. Before Intercept, he has worked with the Discovery Channel in the media and market research function, and Aditi Technologies in the product development team.
Vinay holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from the Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode, and a Bachelor's degree in English Literature from the University of Delhi.
Krishnaraj Venkataraman

Krishnaraj (Kimi) has over 10 years of experience in Brand & Marketing management in addition to leading a couple of entrepreneurial ventures. Added to this, he has extensive experience in Information Technology & CRM. Kimi is responsible for the definition and product development of Marketics Analytics offerings. Kimi is also responsible for developing Marketics' data integration services and for building all internal and external Analytics applications like Digital Dashboards.
Prior to Marketics, Kimi headed the CRM & Loyalty business for Caritor in India, a top global IT services firm. Before that Kimi co-founded Intercept Technologies, India's leading provider for Internet and technology-based marketing solutions. Kimi worked with Procter & Gamble AAI (ASEAN, Australia & India), in the Brand Marketing function.

Anuradha Sharma
Chief Analytics Officer
Anuradha possesses over a decade of experience in the field of Applied Statistics. She brings with herself a powerful combination of a strong academic background coupled with the experience of applying it in real life business situations. She leads the Analytics team at Marketics with a special focus on CRM Analytics. She is responsible for developing and refining Marketics' analytical techniques and for developing new product capabilities. Anuradha also leads Analytics training programs for clients as well as Marketics employees.
Prior to joining Marketics, Anuradha held senior positions with companies like GE-SBI Credit Cards and ORG-MARG Research. She has also been a Teaching Assistant and a Graduate Assistant at the Statistical Consulting Center, Bowling Green, Ohio (USA). Anuradha also successfully founded and ran an Analytics consultancy called Numberspeak in New Delhi that focused on telling ‘stories with numbers' to top Indian corporates.
Anuradha holds a Master's degree in Applied Statistics (with a specialization in Marketing) from the Bowling Green State University, Ohio, USA and a Master's degree in Mathematical Statistics, Delhi University, India.
Amitabh Bose
Vice President - Client Services
Amitabh (Ambo) heads the largest and the most strategic client for marketics in the CPG domain. He is responsible for leading edge consumer analytics modelling that enables making strategic choices in complex and rapidly changing market scenarios.
Amitabh has over 11 years of experience in CPG, sales & marketing and has worked with industry leaders like P&G and Pepsi Foods in South Asia. He has expertise in portfolio management, sales and market development, advertising & media strategy, product/ packaging and platform development.
Amitabh holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from the Faculty of Management Studies, Delhi and a Bachelor's degree in Engineering from REC, Allahabad.
Varun Madhok
Director - Canadian operations
Varun is responsible for consolidating Marketics' CRM Analytics practice in North America. He has accountability to key Marketics' clients as the on-site client interface for solution development, transition and delivery. Varun is also involved in building new client relationships. He has over ten years' experience in analytics and management consulting.
In the mid-90's, Varun was part of Los Alamos National Laboratory's C-3 group specializing in applying advanced analytics to business problems in the finance industry (credit card, banking). He worked on data mining projects outsourced by clients in the financial services sector. Before joining Marketics, Varun worked for IBM Business Consulting Services, consulting clients on a broad variety of business issues such as forensic investigation, insurance fraud, database marketing and customer loyalty management.
Varun has worked for the retail, telecommunications and the finance sectors. His solutions suite comprises industry-proven offerings for customer segmentation, fraud detection, churn reduction, targeted marketing, customer loyalty management and analytical data mart delivery, among others.
Varun holds a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from Purdue University. He enjoys the outdoors and spends his spare time backcountry camping in Northern Ontario.
Glen Springer
VP - Sales, United States
Glen is a successful entrepreneur. His last company was acquired by Whole Foods Market Inc. (WFMI) and merged with its subsidiary Whole People, an Internet, Catalog and Nutraceutical direct marketing company, where he functioned as a senior executive helping drive overall company strategy and managing a multi-million dollar marketing budget.
Prior to joining Marketics, Glen founded 4 companies where he primarily focused on developing and managing initial sales efforts. Glen's extensive business development experience includes developing and executing commercial and marketing partnerships for both B2B and B2C business units. Before founding his last enterprise Glen worked as an award winning senior sales executive with Autoweb.com from its startup phase through its successful IPO.
Glen has a BA in English Literature from the College of William and Mary in Virginia and has recently studied Media Theory at San Francisco State University. He sits on the Board of Directors of the San Francisco Cinematheque.
